This video shows how to add a “Featured Image” to the posts that appear on the front page of your website. It also demonstrates what to do about the “run-on-text” that sometimes appears in the brief excerpts from each post on the front page of your site.
This capability of adding a featured image this easily is a new feature that was added in the fall of 2013. You may want to go through the posts on your site or at least on your front page and add a square featured image to them to improve the appearance of the site.
